Hi there! I’m Jennifer
A Conscious Hustler who shares my work through entrepreneurship, digital marketing, and copywriting.
A 20-something firecracker who is on a mission. A mission to live out my full potential and help others do the same.”
Here’s a photo of two big mentors of mine Greg Hague & Harvey Mackay.
A little snapshot of my story.
I’ve always been a bit of a maverick. Unapologetically, I did me.
Started my first real estate business with my sister & two cousins…Princess Ventures Inc. around the age of 13.
Growing up in a town of 500 people in Saskatchewan, Canada I decided to go to Arizona State University- the largest university in the U.S.
In college, I worked for some incredible companies including Kolbe Corp, RapidFire Books & Harvey Mackay University.
In college I saved up my money to attend online marketing and personal growth conferences because I was so fascinated in the online information world.
At my first marketing seminar I got to meet this hot shot…
Brendon Burchard & I.
My first online biz…
In college I competed in bodybuilding competitions for a couple years which inspired me to start my first online biz: LifeBalance Coach Inc. I helped millennial women through my Strong Mind Sexy Body Blueprint to get a body and life that they love. This was fun & super rewarding. Over the course of 5+ years I helped thousands of women through my online programs, coaching & fitness classes.
After graduating from W. P. Carey School of Business I took the front row seat on the entrepreneurial roller coaster.
My company Conscious Copy & Co. helps online coaches, experts, and thought leaders in the personal growth space attract their ideal clients and make more sales so they can make a bigger impact through email marketing.
I also founded the brand Conscious Hustler™ and have an iTunes podcast where I get to talk to the coolest people on how they managed to live a badass life while marrying their why to their hustle.
My favorite things are spending time with my family and friends, hiking, drinkinggreen drinks (and fresh margaritas), traveling, yoga, engaging conversations (My favorite question is “why?”), reading, personal development seminars (happy people jumping around giving each other hugs= my natural habitat), rock climbing, mountain biking, and deepening my spirituality.
I’m grateful you’re here and our paths crossed. I don’t necessarily know what this means, but I definitely do not think it’s an accident.

Here’s how I got to where I’m at:
COLLEGE = THE WORST TIMES OF YOUR LIFE?
Freshman year of college I moved from a small town in Saskatchewan, Canada, population 2,500 people (that probably included people’s pets), to Phoenix, Arizona, where there were that many kids in my business class.
Once I arrived, I was surrounded by this superficial idea that designer bags and clothes, being in the best sorority, partying every weekend, and getting the perfect body was the ultimate goal.
So I did everything to fit in.
I craved feeling worthy to all the strangers I met weeks earlier in school.
I thought that the quickest confidence boost would be to earn myself a rockin’ bod.
So I tried every diet, juice fast, cleanse, workout program and nutrition plan out there…and nothing.
I even went to the extent of doing bikini competitions to achieve my ‘perfect body.’
I wanted to look in the mirror and feel a sense of acceptance.
To go to a pool party and not be anxious about wearing a bikini.
To go clothes shopping and not feel depressed when leaving.
So after four months of the most intense workouts and diet I’ve ever done, I achieved what I considered ‘my perfect body.’
SIX PACK ABS, A POPPIN’ BOOTY AND TONED EVERYWHERE ELSE.
My Instagram likes were flooding in every time I’d post a picture of my body, so I guess you can say I was feeling pretty worthy.
Guys were paying attention and girls were idolizing me saying things like “I wish I had your body.”
It was exactly what I craved. I felt accepted and worthy.
I was definitely more confident and happy but not to the extent that I had envisioned.
I felt like I was on a roller coaster of feeling on top of the world when I was getting attention but as soon as those feelings wore off I was back to asking myself, “Is this who I really want to be?”
Even worse, I had ditched spending quality time with my friends and family and doing things that I loved because I was so fixated on my goal.
THEN I GOT A REALITY CHECK.
I started gaining weight back because my body was tired of being in survival mode.
I started breaking out in acne like I was in middle school again.
And, let’s just say my lady cycle was pretty much non-existent.
I went searching for different coaches and trainers to help me find more of a balanced approach because even though I was a fitness coach, I didn’t believe I could do it on my own.
Everyone kept handing me generic exercise and nutrition plans in exchange for thousands of dollars.
So, like any logical person that realized she messed up her body with fitness competitions…I decided to train for another one.
Half way through training for my third competition, I was sitting at one of Brendon Burchard’s personal development seminars.
He was talking about how we need to be the scientist of our own lows and instead of asking ourselves, “Why is this happening to me?” in a negative context when we’re going through challenging times we need to ask ourselves, “Why is this happening to me?” as if it’s part of our life assignment.
My eyes welled up with tears and I felt a huge shiver up my spine. In that moment, I knew exactly what I needed to do.
I needed to heal myself on my own, especially my mindset towards fitness and help other women going through the same thing.
I dove into more personal development books, nutrition, exercise, goal setting and started attending personal growth seminars religiously to learn from the best experts in the fields.
I DECIDED TO TAKE A NEW PATH ON MY FITNESS JOURNEY. A JOURNEY THAT FOCUSED ON MY PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND EMOTIONAL FITNESS TO CREATE THE BEST VERSION OF MYSELF.
Within weeks I was a new woman.
I had a strong, lean, healthy body that I totally loved.
I looked in the mirror every morning with love for my whole self.
I learned how to listen to what my body needed rather than what it craved when it came to food.
I felt confident rocking any outfit and pool parties never became an issue.
I learned how to stop stressin’ out over the little things like if I wasn’t able to fit in my cardio for the day or if the scale went up one morning.
I realized that I needed to get super clear of my goals and how I wanted to feel.
I realized that happiness is an inside job.
I realized that my overall wellbeing and relationships cannot be ignored while striving towards my goals.
Women started reaching out to me online and in my group fitness classes asking “What are you doing and how can I do it too?”
So I began to help hundreds of women: in my group fitness classes, one-on-one and in my online programs to create a body and a life they totally love.
And that, my friend, is how the Strong Mind Sexy Body community was born.
